My association with Noodle Box dates way back from the times I introduced myself to the world of Asian food in Melbourne. Since then, there has been no looking back and as I always jocularly say,' the lion tasted blood"! The take away Noodle Box is the meal I've fondly devoured on and looked forward to in my 'expeditions' for tasty, delectable and ready to eat Asian food. But that is the story of a consumer! I decided to morph my indulgence into professional endeavour as I came across the smooth functioning of most Noodle Box franchisees across Victoria. They have clean, hygienic environs with a very friendly customer service. The establishments are customer focused and excellent at catering to the variety of Asian flavours that people look forward to. Noodle Box owns credibility among the customers as a result of the prompt service and the wide variety of meal combos that the franchisees offer consistently.
It has been a great association and a marvellous journey up to now. I on behalf of Wenny and Sunny would like to acknowledge our appreciation of the Noodle Box management. We highly regard the policies, work ethics and compliance followed by the company. They definitely work to complement our bid towards excellence. We, as a franchisee share the Noodle Box's commitment to excellent food and customer friendly environment. Noodle Box Fairfield Waters and Kirwan
My husband, Dennis and I, together with his brother, John, and wife, Maria, had searched for a franchise opportunity for more than five years. We had a lot of trouble finding a model that combined our business objectives with an ability to maintain our busy lifestyle.
We researched many franchises and during this time, we uncovered much positive feedback on Noodle Box in both business and franchise magazines.
Coincidently, around that time, we were advised new Noodle Box stores were opening near us in Kirwan and Fairfield Waters. This prompted us to look into the business further and it wasn’t long before we realised that it ticked all the right boxes.
The brothers’ business partnership works favourably as it gives us all the time to keep the business operating at a high standard, whilst juggling our family commitments. Both Dennis and John alternate between both stores with the everyday operations, while Maria and I concentrate on the bookkeeping and payroll requirements.
Noodle Box is a great concept. From the open, modern kitchen to the interactive kiosk, it’s a formula that keeps customers coming back time after time. Most importantly, they love the authentic, healthy and affordable food made by our wok cooks.
Being part of the Noodle Box team is fantastic. The exceptional training and on-going support from Head Office has assisted us in being confident and competent franchisees.
Most importantly, though, sales have been strong and steady. Our stores have good cash flow and a significant base of regular customers. It’s a real buzz when the stores are busy. Nothing beats the atmosphere and the satisfaction of a bumper lunch or dinner.
Owning a Noodle Box franchise is an immensely rewarding experience and we are hoping to open more stores in the future.

Back in 2004, a franchise advertisement for Noodle Box caught my eye. I loved the energetic and dynamic look of the brand, particularly the fun little red man.
The advertisement was so eye-catching that it encouraged my husband and I to find out more about Noodle Box. We visited the Fulham Gardens store and really enjoyed our meal. We were also really impressed with the store layout and open, modern kitchen.
We opened our store in Gawler in December 2004. I had worked in an office and my husband sold white goods spare parts. So we had no experience in the fast food industry! Despite this, with a helping hand from Head Office, we managed to set up a very successful store, which is still going strong today.
I think the major thing that sets Noodle Box apart from other fast food outlets is its great tasting product. Noodle Box is fresh, healthy and authentic and I happily eat it every day of the week!
My customers are all very loyal. They appreciate that they can come here at any time and the boxes will always taste the same. I have hard-working, loyal staff too. My wok chef has been with me since we opened and the team are like an extended family.
Dealing with Noodle Box Head Office is always easy. If I have any questions or issues, the SA Operations Manager is always willing to help and makes regular visits to the store. I would encourage everyone wanting to own their own business to strongly consider Noodle Box.

After spending years in a job I disliked, I knew it was time for a change.
I discovered Noodle Box at the Melbourne Franchise Expo back in 2001. I met Dave and Josh (Noodle Box Founders) and was impressed by their friendly, energetic and professional manner. I quickly realised that Noodle Box could offer me everything I was looking for - the chance to run my own small business.
I opened my store in Port Melbourne in 2002 and am proud to be the first ever Noodle Box franchisee. This meant that I was extremely spoilt, and often had Dave and Josh working in the store with me.
However, as the business has grown substantially, the training, ongoing support and encouragement from Head Office hasn’t diminished.
I have been so impressed with Noodle Box and regularly recommend the franchise to close friends and family. In fact, my sister now runs her own lucrative Noodle Box franchise.
Nearly eight years on, I am thrilled to report sales are still strong, thanks to the friendly, on-going support from Noodle Box. I look forward to acquiring another store in Geelong very soon.
